These terms govern the Athesus AI website, desktop software, live account services, downloads, upgrades, and related support flows. By using Athesus, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.

Use of software

Users are responsible for the work they generate, automate, deploy, publish, send, or host using Athesus. The software is provided to support productivity and delivery, but responsibility for how it is used and what is produced remains with the user.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity that takes place under your Athesus account. We may suspend or limit access where necessary to protect the platform, other users, or the service itself.

Billing, upgrades, and renewals

Paid plans, upgrades, and renewals are handled through the payment and checkout flows configured on athesus.com. Pricing, plan scope, and renewal behavior may change over time. If a subscription is cancelled or expires, access to paid features may be reduced or removed at the end of the billing period.

Refunds and payment issues

Updates and downloads

Download links, releases, update notices, and platform packages are provided through the live website and desktop update endpoints. Versions may be added, removed, replaced, or retired at any time as the platform evolves.

Third-party services

Athesus can connect to third-party providers, plugins, payment tools, and online services. Their availability, pricing, rate limits, and terms are outside Athesus control, and changes on those services may affect how features behave.

Limitation of liability

Athesus is not responsible for user-caused damages, deployment issues, revenue loss, security mistakes, third-party service failures, or production problems caused by how the software is configured, connected, or used.
