This policy explains how Athesus AI handles account data, downloads, support messages, billing-related information, and desktop software sync through athesus.com.

Account data

We may store name, email address, password hash, optional company name, login timestamps, account role, subscription state, and account-linked download activity needed to run the service.

Billing and subscription data

Where paid plans are enabled, we may store customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, plan status, and billing-event records required to manage upgrades, renewals, or support issues. Full payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored directly in Athesus.

Contact forms

Support and contact messages may be stored with sender details, message contents, and technical metadata such as IP address for service delivery, support handling, and abuse monitoring.

Desktop software sync

If you use the desktop software with the live site, the app may request account status, update metadata, download endpoints, profile details, and subscription state through the Athesus desktop APIs.

Sharing and third parties

Athesus may rely on third-party providers such as payment services, email services, hosting, and connected plugins. Information shared with those services is limited to what is needed to deliver the feature or complete the transaction.
